Tower Sense is built around lightweight edge gateways, connected devices and flexible monitoring points, giving your team a clear view of network, power and site performance from one central platform.

- Step 1 — Deploy an Edge Gateway

Install a lightweight Windows or Linux based Tower Sense gateway app within your network or at the remote site. The gateway securely collects telemetry from supported local infrastructure and sends it to the Tower Sense platform without requiring a VPN or complex network changes.

- Step 2 — Add and Organise Devices

Add routers, wireless links, fibre infrastructure, power systems, sensors and other supported equipment. Devices can be grouped by site, network role or operational function, making even large deployments easy to navigate.

- Step 3 — Configure Monitoring Points

Select the metrics that matter for each device or site, including voltage, temperature, latency, packet loss, interface traffic, signal levels, CPU load, memory usage and disk space.

Each monitoring point can be displayed live, retained historically and used as the basis for alerting.

- Step 4 — Set Alert Rules

Configure thresholds, severity levels and cooldown periods for important operating conditions. Alerts can be acknowledged, noted and tracked from the moment they are triggered until the condition is restored.

This helps your team prioritise critical incidents, reduce unnecessary alert noise and maintain a clear operational record.
